We offer full appraisal reports to a short market analysis.
A market analysis is an evaluation of your property compared to properties within your direct market segment. The process intails an exterior view of your property as well as data gathered from local MLS and other real estate transaction data suppliers. The pertinent information about your property along with comparable properties that have sold are put on a form and sent to you via e-mail or mailed to you, depending on your request.
Market analysis fee: $75.00 for Darke County and $100.00 for all other covered counties.
Full appraisal report: $250.00 for Darke county and $285.00 for all other covered counties.
